INSTRUCTIONS:
Only one entry to an envelope. Your handicap index must be 26.4 or less to be eligible. Players from clubs not sending a monthly handicap index sheet must play gross score for that day. Field is limited to 80 players. Entries must not be postmarked before Saturday, February 27, 2010, and must be received by Wednesday, March 3, 2010. Entries received after Wednesday will be accepted ONLY if the field is not full. The final cancellation date to have your entry fee returned is Thursday, March 11, 2010. Please send entries with YOUR CLUB, YOUR FIRST NAME and HANDICAP INDEX on the bottom left corner of your check. Make check payable to C.T.W.G.A. for $47.00, which includes your cart, coffee/juice only (NO Breakfast), and lunch. Phone numbers must be on checks.

Take I-20 east to Canton. Take Hwy 859 exit. Take left over overpass and right at stop sign onto North service road. Course is on your left (approximately 1/4 mile).
