General Meeting Minutes

Willow Brook C.C., May 13, 2008
President Chris Duncan called the meeting to order. She announced that minutes from the April meeting had been posted to the web site so would not be read. Anyone who finds exception, should notify Chris or Barbara. The Treasurer reported a balance on hand as of April 30, 2008, of $2,970.55.
President Duncan thanked Scott and Chris for doing such a good job, and the staff for a good lunch; she expressed appreciation for the Willow Brook ladies who helped with scoring and Dolly for heading that up.
Three first time players were recognized and presented one golf ball each.
There was an announcement that Cedar Creek's tournament will be on June 19 at a cost of $55. It was also announced that Wanda Gregory is doing well and has one more chemotherapy treatment.
President Duncan read the names of those clubs whose representatives had not yet picked up the annual membership cards, and the representatives were asked to come forward to collect their cards.
President Duncan advised that each club's respresentative has a copy of the priority list for her club showing those who have played enough rounds during the past year to qualify for the two-day tournament at Walnut Creek in June.
Low gross over the field went to Chris Braatz, DAC - 82
Low net over the field went to Joyce McConnell, Holly Lake - 64
