The October 12, 2011 CTWGA meeting at Waxahachie C.C. was called to order at 12:15 pm by Diane Kirwan, President. She thanked Devon Thomas, Club Manager and Golf Pro, and all those who helped with this play day.

Sherry Boles, Treasurer gave the following report:

VaDonna Motley volunteered to be First Vice President for next year.

Diane Kirwan announced that a T-shirt is now on sale to honor Chris Braetz. T-shirt may be purchased by email at Flamigo50@yahoo.com. Diane stated she will post information about this.

One first time participant was recognized and each participant received one golf ball for attending this play day and trying to play. Game was called after eight holes due to weather.

Next play day will be November 8, 2011, at Harbor Lakes. Mail-in date is October 22, 2011.

There being no further business, meeting was adjourned at 12:28 pm.
