President Karen Williams welcomed all participants. She thanked the staff of Van Zandt CC, for hosting the event, the head pro, Ed Gatlin and Joy Eubank, Rep. for CTWGA.

The minutes from the November meeting were approved and Diane Kirwan gave the treasurer report.

Karen made several announcements. First, she stated that breakfast will no longer be served so as to keep the tournament costs down. Second, she announced that a new club has been added, The Mustang Golf Club at Robson Ranch. Each new member from Mustang received a golf ball that played. Also, any other first time player received a ball as well.

The next scheduled play day is April 7th, at Diamond Oaks CC.

Karen next turned the meeting over to Pat Davis, so that she could recognize winners of each flight.
