President Karen William called the meeting to order. She acknowledged all of the participants. Special thanks were given to the Rolling Hills CTWGA Rep., Mary Phillips & her assistants for the ice, water, spotters and especially cold towels! Thanks were given to Vince Pelham, Head Pro and his staff for their contributions. John McGowdy General Manager and Pam Dingler, Food & Beverage were also recognized for their help.

Minutes from the previous meeting July 14, 2010 were posted on the website and were approved with no corrections or additions.

Liz Hooker, Board Member, read the treasurer’s report in the absence of Treasurer Diane Kirwan. The ending balance was $1,986.44.

Linda Salisbury, Board Director, announced a 20% discount would be given to all at a new ladies golf apparel and accessories shop called Gatlin Golf Menagerie Golf Boutique in Arlington, TX.

Balls were given to first time players. Karen announced the next playdate of September 8th at Hurricane Creek in Anna, Texas. Pat Davis, Playday Chairman awarded golf balls to all winners.

Low Gross Over The Field: (Tie) 81 Sondra Swan, Thorntree and Nancy Smith, Walnut Creek. Low Net Over the Field: (Tie) 72 Theresa Sockwell, Hideaway Lake and Gayle Robinson, Pinnacle Club.
