President Gayle Robinson called the meeting to order. Recognition was given to Karen Williams and the Pecan Plantation staff: golf pro, Bobby White and Jared Lucas, club manager, James Manasco, Chris Castillo and Michael Bartholomew, food and catering, Lulu Pope. Gayle also read a message sent from Pat Davis explaining her recovery progress. Pat is feeling better each day, but was told by her doctor to take it easy.

Linda Salisbury served as tournament chairperson and announced the winners of each flight.
  Low Gross for the field (Tie):
     Susie Dodson, Pecan Plantation - 77
     Kay Guthrie , DeCordova Bend 77
  Low Net for the field: Liz Hooker, Van Zandt - 65.

Treasurer, Diane Kirwan reported a current balance of $3,544.42; however, there will be additional expenses deducted due to the 2 day tournament at Brookhaven.

The next event will be at Gleneagles CC, on August 12.
