General Meeting Minutes
Holly Lake Ranch
May 13, 2009
President Gail Robinson called the meeting to order. One first time player was recognized and given one ball. President Robinson announced that minutes from the April meeting would be posted to the web site so would not be read; anyone who finds exception should notify Gail or Debbie Martinak.
Treasurer Diane Kerwin reported a balance on hand as of April 30, 2009, of $2,161.98.
President Robinson thanked Club Pro Paul Worley as well as Ann Richardson, Ladies Golf Association President, and Reta Brown and the volunteers who did such a great job
The next event will be the 2-day on June 9 and 10 at the Brookhaven; she stressed the importance of the various Club representatives sending in the handicap sheets prior to the event.
Low Gross of the field went to Kay Crumpton - 82
Low Net of the field went to Carol Balcer - 68
Webb Hill will host a scramble on June 24; cost is $25 per player, and the players can make their own foursome or if an individual is interested in participating, the pro shop will create a team.
Cedar Creek will host the Denim and Diamonds on June 25; cost is $60 per person.
