The meeting opened at 1:55pm by President Diane Kirwan, she began by thanking the staff at Grand Oaks Country Club starting with the Club Pro Chuck Witcher, CTWGA rep Pat Sigman, LGA president Gail Molberg and Jolene Mai and the Kitchen Staff for the lunch.

The Treasurer's Report read by Sherry Boles is as follows:

Diane continued the meeting sharing the tragedy that happened to one of our member's family, our prayers are with Paula Dickson (Walnut Creek) and her family.

Also, there will be a board meeting at De Cordova in September after Playday results.
