General Meeting Minutes

The Golf Club of Dallas, July 9, 2008
President Chris Duncan called the meeting to order. First time players were recognized and given one ball each. President Duncan announced that minutes from the June meeting had been posted to the web site so would not be read; anyone who finds exception should notify Chris or Barbara. The Treasurer reported a balance on hand as on June 30, 2008, of $610.75.
President Duncan thanked Assistant Pro Luis as well as Carolyn McDivit, Ladies Golf Association President Carol Placido, and the volunteers who did such a great job.
President Duncan announced that Walnut Creek will host the Walnut Creek Classic Women’s Invitational on September 11-13. Anyone interested can contact Walnut Creek to get more information.
The next event will be held at Thorntree C.C. on August 13. Tee time will be 8:30 a.m.
Low Gross of the field: Sidney Bowden, DeCordova Bend - 79
Low Net of the field: Linda Coffman, The Shores - 68
