There were no corrections or revisions to the August minutes that had previously been posted on the web site, and they were approved as written. Members were reminded to contact Secretary Barbara Hanna, or Chris Duncan when there are any corrections to the minutes.

Treasurer Paula Murphy reported a balance of $691.75 as of August 1st. Receipts and disbursements during the month left a balance of $732.76 as of September 1st.

The following from Glen Garden were recognized and thanked: Pro Alan Courtney and his staff; Club Manager Sam Shafeeq and his staff, LGA President Diane Johnson; and CTWGA Representative Judy Cordell and her volunteers.

Mary Ann McKenzie of Hideaway Lake was recognized for her Hole in One on #17and presented with a hole-in-one pin. First time player Mary Stembridge from Diamond Oaks was also recognized and presented with one golf ball.

An announcement was made telling the members to contact Chris Duncan if they are interested in being on the board as a Director, or know of someone who would like to be a Director. Everyone was also reminded to start thinking about CTWGA representatives for next year, and to provide Chris Duncan with this information as soon as available. There were no individual club announcements.

The next CTWGA playday will be at Webb Hill C.C. in Wolfe City on October 8th at 9:00 a.m.
