Meeting was called to order by President Karen Williams. She welcomed all who attended.

Karen recognized Joyce Libbey who maintains the website for CTWGA and commended her for her volunteer services.

The minutes from March 2010 were approved as posted on the website as there were no corrections or additions.

The Treasurer’s report was submitted by Diane Kirwan, Treasurer and read by Karen Williams. The current balance is $3157.42. The report was accepted with no changes.

Karen thanked the Club Pro Nathan Gillespy and his staff for getting everyone started, called back because of inclement weather & restarted again.

Special thanks were given to the Diamond Oaks CTWGA Rep Barbara Smith and all the ladies who helped with registration and course spotting. She also acknowledged the Diamond Oaks LGA President Sue Fulton. Thanks were also given to the Club Manager Greg Wideman and the dining staff for lunch.

Several club announcements were made. Everyone was reminded club events may be posted on our website for member clubs only.

A golf ball was given to a first time player Nancy Estes from Robson Ranch.

The attendees were reminded of the next playday at Eastern Hills May 12, 2010 and this would be the last chance to get in a playday prior to the Championship in June.

Pat Davis, Playday Chairperson announced the winners for the day which included the following:
  Low Gross over the Field: Joyce Libbey, Thorntree - 79
  Low Net over the Field (Tie): Pat Fengler, Hideaway, & Elsie Tallant, Pecan Plantation - 66.
