President Karen Williams called the meeting to order. She acknowledged all of the participants. She gave special thanks to the Cedar Creek pro, Mike Horton, and to the food and beverage manager, Chris Smith. Helen Fowler, the LGA president, and Rhoda Brooks, CTWGA rep, were recognized for their help and organization of the event. Karen announced the next play day at White Bluff Resort, on Tuesday November 9th.

Minutes from the last meeting were approved with no corrections or additions. Debbie Martinak read the treasurer’s report. The current balance for October was $1,741.40.

Pat Davis stated that there were several events that conflicted with Central Texas, and as a result there was an unusually small field. There was a tie for low gross of the field, Debbie Martinak, Woodhaven CC and Laurie Hale, Thorntree CC (85). There was a tie for low net of the field, Kitty Bradfield and Marianna Ziegler Cedar Creek (72).
