General Meeting Minutes
Championship Tournament at Brookhaven C.C.
June 9-10, 2009
President Gayle Robinson called the meeting to order. She announced that the pro shop was giving a 25% discount to all the tournament participants. She acknowledged the hospitality of the host club and the excellent food. Thanks was given to the Brookhaven staff, head pro Brad Tyson and assistant Joey Anders. Sheryl Sell and Joan Etheridge were also recognized.
The next event will be at Pecan Plantation on July 14th.
Treasurer, Diane Kerwin reported a current balance of $2,467.98.
Pat Davis announced the winners to the flights.
Overall Gross Winner: Linda Salisbury, Woodhaven
Overall Net Winner: Donna Berry, Pecan Plantation
Pat explained how ties were broken according to the bylaws. 5 net and 5 gross winners were given gift cards in each flight. Closest to the pin winners received golf certificates from various clubs. A raffle determined the winners of the table centerpieces given by Brookhaven.
The meeting was adjourned.
