Gayle Robinson called the meeting to order. She praised the helpful staff at Pinnacle CC. Janet Noblitt was the organizer of the playday.
Gayle announced the slate of new officers for 2010. Karen Williams will be the new president. Jo Mather will be replaced by Laurie Hale, Thorntree, and Chris Duncan will be replaced by Debbie Ford, White Bluff. The remainder of the officers will continue to serve. Gayle will become the Parliamentarian.
Diane Kirwan presented Gayle with a gift for her service as president. Gayle gave gifts to the members of the board.
The next play date will be March 15, 2010, at Van Zandt CC, Canton.
