Meeting was called to order by President Karen Williams. She welcomed everyone to the championship. Play was reduced to a one day tournament because of rain the second day.

The dining room staff was recognized for their outstanding food for both days.

Karen recognized Edna Adams, CTWGA Rep and all her helpers for their hard work. She also acknowledged Alicia Harris, DAC LGA President, who thanked us for the $50 and assured us it would be put to good use. The Pro, Lance Patterson, his assistants Hallie Richards and Brent Blackburn for their hard work.

The minutes from May 2010 will stand approved as posted on the website with no additions or corrections.

Diane Kirwan, Treasurer, read the report. The ending balance as of June 8, 2010 was $3,997.12. The report will stand as read.

The meeting was turned over to Pat Davis, Playday Chair who recognized Sondra Swan, Thorntree Country Club, for a “Hole-in-one” on June 8, 2010. Proximity awards were given to all winners. She then announced all field winners. The new CTWGA Champion this year was announced as Cindy Carroll with a gross score of 78 and was given the trophy. The low net winner over the field was Theresa Sockwell with a net 65.
